Update — August 24, 2026: Species can now be added directly by uploading a PDF. The database has been being expanded with records from May 2021 through July 2026, species that were previously missed, and entries from GenBank. A preprint describing this exanded databases should be posted within the next two to three weeks.

Contribute a species

Upload a PDF describing a microsporidia species. It is read automatically, then you review and edit every field before submitting. Papers describing more than one species produce one entry per species. Approved entries enter a moderation queue and are added to the database after curator review.
